New faucets, toilets, sinks, or a whole bathroom refresh — we set the correct rough-ins, pressure-test every connection, and leave your space cleaner than we found it.
The fixture is easy. Doing it right isn’t.
Every “just swap it out” fixture install has a hidden trap — a shut-off that won’t close, a supply line the previous owner cross-threaded, a rough-in that was never to code. We come in expecting to find them, we quote you flat-rate up front, and we tell you before we open anything if we spot a bigger issue.
Faucets & kitchen taps
Single-hole, three-hole, filtered, and pull-down installs. New supply lines and angle stops if the existing ones are past their prime — quoted up front.
Toilets
Standard, comfort-height, dual-flush, and wall-hung installs. New wax ring or gasket, new supply line, floor flange checked for damage. Leak-tested before we leave.
Sinks & vanities
Bathroom vanities, undermount kitchen sinks, laundry sinks — including matching the drain to your existing rough-in without opening drywall unless we absolutely need to.
Showers & tubs
Shower valve swaps, tub spout upgrades, and full shower system installs. If you’re doing a reno, we coordinate with your contractor on rough-in timing.
Dishwashers & ice makers
New dishwasher hookups, ice maker line runs, and disposal installs. We supply the code-compliant hardware most homeowners don’t know they need.
Bidets & smart toilets
Non-electric add-on bidets, integrated smart toilets, and heated-seat conversions — we handle the water line and (if needed) run a nearby electrical for the smart features.
When to call us for a fixture install
- You bought the fixture already — bring it, we install it. No mark-up games on your unit.
- You want us to spec & supply — we recommend brands we actually stand behind (Kohler, Delta, Toto, Grohe) with real warranties.
- Reno in progress — we coordinate with your GC on rough-in and finish plumbing so nothing gets closed up before it’s pressure-tested.
- The last install was a mess — we’ll re-do it right, and we’ll tell you what was wrong so you know what to look for next time.
- Aging-in-place upgrades — grab bars, comfort-height toilets, hand-held shower conversions.
Flat-rate, clean finish
Every install is quoted flat-rate: fixture, supply lines, shut-offs, gaskets, disposal of the old unit, and cleanup. You don’t pay by the hour. You don’t get a surprise trip fee. Every connection is pressure-tested before we leave, and your fixture’s own manufacturer warranty stays intact — we install to spec so it stays honored.
