How much does a heat pump cost?
Most heat pump installs on Vancouver Island cost between $10,000 and $20,000 before rebates. The exact price depends on the size of your home, the layout, and how many rooms need heating. After provincial rebates — up to $4,000 for any BC homeowner, or up to $13,000 for income-qualified households — many customers pay well under $10,000 out of pocket. Every quote is fixed price. How long does installation take?
Most single-zone installs take 1-2 days. Whole-home multi-zone installs typically take 2-4 days. Panel upgrades or electrical work add half to one day. We schedule you a specific arrival window and stick to it.
Do you service my area?
We cover South & Mid Vancouver Island — from Port Renfrew through Sooke, Victoria, Saanich, the Westshore, the Cowichan Valley, and up to Qualicum Beach. Outside that? Call us and we'll tell you straight if we can help.
Do you offer same-day service?
Yes, in most cases. We hold same-day slots for urgent HVAC and plumbing issues. Call before noon and there's a strong chance we can be there the same day. Book online or call (236) 361-8293.
What rebates am I eligible for?
Any BC homeowner can get up to $4,000 through the Home Renovation Rebate — no income test needed. If your household income qualifies, that jumps to $13,000 through the Energy Savings Program. BC Hydro top-ups can add even more. We check every rebate you qualify for and give you all the receipts and equipment info you’ll need to submit your application. (Rebate amounts current as of Sept 2026.)

Can I book after hours?
Yes. During business hours you'll reach our human team. Outside business hours, our AI booking assistant Ashley can schedule your appointment or take a message — we'll follow up first thing the next business day. Or call any time and leave us a voicemail; we listen to every one.
How does payment work?
Payment is due upon completion of the work to the lead technician on-site. We take Visa, Mastercard, e-transfer, cash or cheque. We do not accept AMEX.
