When to call us about a drain
- Multiple drains slow at once — usually means the main line, not just a sink trap.
- Sewer smell in the house or yard — a vent issue, dry P-trap, or a crack in the drain line.
- Gurgling toilets or sinks when other fixtures run — partial main line blockage.
- Recurring backups you’ve already had “cleared” — time for a camera inspection to find the real cause.
- Roots in an older home — clay tile and cast-iron sewers built pre-1980 are prime candidates for root intrusion.
- Kitchen sink slows every winter — grease congealing when temps drop. Hydro-jet fixes it for good.

You get the number before we start. Sasquatch drain calls are quoted flat-rate based on line length, clean-out access, and equipment needed — never by the hour. If the camera inspection uncovers something bigger (collapsed pipe, root ball, needs a new sewer run), we stop, walk you through what we’re seeing on the monitor, and quote the repair separately. You decide.
Emergency & after-hours
Sewage backing up on a Sunday? Call us. We answer our phones outside business hours for real emergencies, and we’ll tell you honestly whether you need us right now or if it can wait until morning — the ethical answer is usually “morning, and here’s how to shut off the fixture until then.” No inflated after-hours pricing traps.
