Your comfort advisor will take as much time as necessary to answer all of your questions to ensure you make an informed decision on your new heat pump!

STEP 2

ASSESSMENT3

The consultation and assessment happen in the same visit. A heat loss calculation must be performed to ensure your new system is sized properly to heat and cool your home. Next we will do a load calculation on your electrical system to ensure that your home’s electrical system can handle the upgrade.

QUOTE4

Our comfort advisor will create a customized solution in this same visit to ensure all of your needs are met! The quote will show the total investment, and they all come with a 1 year satisfaction guarantee! We are so confident you will love the new system Sasquatch installed, if you decide otherwise, we will remove it and give you 100% of your investment back.

STEP 4

APPROVAL5

Once you approve the project, our install coordinator will order your equipment, and will book an installation date. Our installation date can be as fast as the same week in urgent situations

ENERGY AUDIT6

While the greener homes program is still in effect, you are required to have an energy audit completed to be eligible for the Federal rebate program. Be sure to inquire for our recommended

STEP 6

AUDITORS!

Project Start One week prior to the project start, you will receive an email introducing your installation crew, providing contact information and an opportunity to address any changes to the scope, plans, or direction!

STEP 7

INSTALLATION8

We respect your home and neighbourhood! There may be some dust and noise, but we will make every effort to limit it whenever possible. We make a point to be as professional and unintrusive as possible!

STEP 8

COMPLETION9

Your project will be as good or better than expected. The team will perform a final clean up of your property and we will do a full orientation of your new system so you know how to operate it! Don’t worry, we have the manual just in case. Time to enjoy your new comfortable home!

STEP 9

FOLLOW UP

We will reach out in 3-5 business days to see how your new system is running. This gives you time to experience the comfort of your new system without us there, and then decide if there is anything else that needs to be addressed.
